Our Story

Seacoast Gymnastics Center has been serving the Rochester, NH community and surrounding areas for years, providing high-quality gymnastics instruction for children of all ages and skill levels. Our facility is designed to be a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every child can thrive.

We serve the communities of Rochester, Farmington, and Alton in New Hampshire, as well as Sanford, Lebanon, and Berwick in Maine. Our experienced coaches are passionate about gymnastics and dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential.

From our Parent/Tot classes for the youngest gymnasts to our Competitive Team for advanced athletes, we offer programs that meet every child where they are and help them grow. We believe gymnastics teaches skills for life — discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and confidence.
